In memory and honor of Jorge Sangrador Martínez, who died in the air accident in Madrid Barajas on August the 20^th.

How excited we were when we finished the master and when our friend Jorge was awarded best student of all the 2004/2005 MBA classes. That day was his day and his friends and S2 classmates shared his achievement as our own. We were proud of ourselves for having him as a friend.

We believe that we have never written anything like this to you before... Still in our memories are the hundreds of emails, text messages, hours and hours of chat; but never a letter. Don´t worry, it is not anything formal or serious, we just want to write you a few lines to remember the way you were.

That year of the MBA united us all greatly and it joins us together again today, but with a different purpose. There aren´t any case studies, team work sessions or moments of fun, now we have tears in our eyes, a feeling of emptiness and disbelief. 

All that´s left is to remember with happiness all the moments we shared together, with Jose, with the two Anas, with Monica, with Carola, with Bego, with Ricky, with Antonio, with Bea and with everyone else. We didn´t have time to say goodbye to each other, we weren´t even able to see you become what we all expected years before - someone with a long and successful career, a promising future and the best possibilities in life.

Jorge, these lines go to thanking you for who you were, for your friendship and trust, for helping us so many times and for knowing how to listen to us and later give us advice. We will hold you forever in our memories.

En memoria y homenaje a Jorge Sangrador Martínez. Fallecido en el accidente aéreo de Madrid, Barajas, el pasado 20 de agosto.

Qué emocionados estábamos cuando terminamos el máster y nuestro Jorge había sido premiado el mejor alumno de todas las clases del MBA 2004/2005. Aquel día fue su día y su logro lo hicimos propio todos sus amigos y compañeros del S2. Estábamos orgullosos de nosotros mismos por ser sus amigos.

Creo que nunca antes te habíamos escrito algo así... En nuestra memoria están los cientos de emails, sms, horas y horas de chat, pero nunca una carta. No te asustes, que no se trata de nada serio ni formal, simplemente queremos escribirte unas líneas recordando cómo eras.

Aquel año del máster nos había unido íntimamente a todos y vuelve a unirnos hoy, pero con un propósito diferente, ya no son los casos, el trabajo en equipo o para pasar momentos gratos, ahora son las lágrimas en nuestros ojos, el sentimiento de vacío e incredulidad. Todos estamos heridos.

Sólo nos queda brindar por ti y por tu recuerdo con Jose, con las dos Anas, con Mónica, con Carola, con Bego, con Ricky, con Antonio, con Bea y con todos los demás.  No hubo tiempo de despedirnos, no nos alcanzó ni siquiera para verte convertido en lo que años antes todos veíamos como ejemplo de carrera profesional, como un futuro prometedor o como el mejor de los destinos.

Jorge, vayan estas líneas para agradecerte por ser como eras, por tu amistad y confianza, por ayudarnos tantas veces y por saber oírnos para al final darnos tu consejo. Te tendremos presente por siempre en nuestro recuerdo.
