On Thursday, 4 December 2008, one of the
most innovative courses of gastronomic combination: combination of
Spanish wines with organic chocolate, took place at Enoteca Barolo.
Three wines were selected: Solanes
2003, Josefina Piñol Dulce Tinto 2004 and Castaño Dulce 2004 and so were three
types of chocolates. Three varieties of black cocoa, with flavors that
surprised the palate of the participants: 70% black chocolate, black chocolate
with extra virgin olive oil and black chocolate with flower of salt of
Ibiza.
Neóvinum, an exclusive line dedicated to
the world of the wines, created by sumiller Ester Rico and by the director of Triada Eventos Marian Gómez
Campoy, intends to contribute a fresh vision to the traditional world of
the wines with such experiences.
El pasado jueves 4 de diciembre tuvo
lugar en la Enoteca Barolo una de los cursos de maridaje gastronómico más
innovadores: Maridaje de Vinos Españoles con Chocolate Orgániko.
Para ello se seleccionaron tres vinos:
Solanes 2003, Josefina Piñol Dulce Tinto 2004 y Castaño Dulce 2004 y tres tipos
de chocolates. Tres variedades de cacao negro, con sabores que sorprendieron el
paladar de los asistentes: chocolate negro al 70%, chocolate negro con Aceite
de Oliva Virgen Extra y chocolate negro con Flor de Sal de Ibiza.
Neóvinum, una línea exclusiva dedicada
al mundo de los vinos, creado por la sumiller Ester Rico y por la
directora de Triada Eventos Marian Gómez Campoy, pretende con este tipo
de experiencias aportar una visión fresca al tradicional mundo de los vinos.
On 4 December 2008, IE School of Arts and Humanities organized
a conference of Design, Fashion and Lifestyle by Cristina Egea, Fashion Designer,
as an activity under the IE Alumni
Association.
During her session, Cristina spoke about design and fashion, analyzing them from the point of view of the protagonists: the designers and the consumers.
El 4 de diciembre de 2008, la Escuela de Arte y
Humanidades del IE organizó dentro de las actividades de la Asociación de
Antiguos Alumnos del IE la conferencia Diseño, moda y estilo de vida, impartida
por Cristina Egea, diseñadora de moda.
Durante su ponencia, hizo un recorrido
por el diseño y la moda, analizándolos desde el punto de vista de sus
protagonistas: diseñadores y consumidores.
On 8 December 2008, the London IE Alumni Club got the
opportunity to meet Professor Gayle Allard, Vice Rector of Research at IE University and Director
of the Economic Environment Department at IE.At this meeting, Professor Allard gave a session titled A NEW KIND OF CRISIS: POSSIBLE REMEDIES.
After the session, the alumni got together for a cocktail and got a chance to talk to Professor Allard, increase their network and catch up with old friends from IE.
The session was attended by Maria Ybarra, Associate Director of the Alumni Association.
El día 8 de diciembre de 2008, el Club de Antiguos Alumnos del IE en Londres tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer el Profesor Gayle Allard, Vice Rectora de Investigación de la IE Universidad y Profesora de Economía de IE Business School.
En esta reunión, Profesor Allard impartió una sesión titulada A NEW KIND OF CRISIS: POSSIBLE REMEDIES.
Después de la sesión los antiguos alumnos juntaron para un cocktail y tener la oportunidad de comunicar con Profesor Allard, aumentar su network y ponerse al día con sus compañeros del IE.

Asociación de Antiguos Alumnos.
