On 7 May 2009 a significant group of Alumni Club
Bilbao received Francisco Cerdá who, as Director of IE Careers
Management Centre, explained the actions that have been undertaken since 2006
to improve the career development of this group.
Thanks to the efforts made by the representatives of
the Club, José Ramón Salcines, Jorge García del Arco, Fernando Riaño and
Marta Prado Larburu, Francisco has visited more than 10 relevant
head-hunters in the region, as well as some of the major companies of CAV.
Additionally, he thanked the increasing proactivity of
Alumni Club Bilbao, not only as customers but also as providers of jobs. After
an entertaining debate in which some attendees proposed new lines of activity,
in the cocktail all exchanged views in a relaxed atmosphere.
El pasado 07 de mayo un nutrido grupo de Antiguos Alumnos de
Bilbao recibieron en el Club a Francisco Cerdá quien, en su calidad de
Director del Departamento de Carreras Profesionales del IE, expuso las
actuaciones que desde 2006 se han llevado a cabo para mejorar el desarrollo de
las carreras profesionales de este colectivo.
Gracias a las gestiones realizadas por los representantes del Club, José Ramón Salcines, Jorge García del Arco, Fernando Riaño y Marta Prado Larburu, Cerdá ha podido visitar a más de 10 head-hunters relevantes en la región, así como a algunas de las principales empresas de la CAV.
Adicionalmente se agradeció la cada vez mayor proactividad
de los AA de Bilbao, no solo como demandantes, sino como oferentes de puestos
de trabajo. Tras un ameno debate en el que los presentes propusieron nuevas
líneas de actuación, en el cocktail posterior se pudieron intercambiar
impresiones en un ambiente distendido.
