Graduated in European Business Administration and Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). Over 14 years in systems and marketing consulting. Worked for multinationals such as Vodafone Group, AirTouch, Telefónica, Westpac and Generali Insurance Group in over 10 countries including USA, Australia, Egypt, Hungary, Austria, Germany, UK and Spain. Rolled out global added value mobile services such as ring-tones, mobile e-mail and video conferencing to over 24 markets in 5 continents. Co-founded Diversity Consulting the leading LGBT Consulting Company in Spain that helps large companies such as Atlantis Events or institutions such as Tourspain or the Madrid City Council reach out the LGBT market. Diversity Consulting created the groundbreaking LGBT Product Club for the Madrid City Council writing a new page in the LGBT normalization history, a platform that has been reproduced by other Spanish Tourism Boards. Next January 2012 – for the second year in a row – Diversity Consulting will coordinate and manage Fitur LGBT within the 32nd edition of Madrid’s International Travel Fair (Fitur). David Martín Moreno is also a founding member of Madrid’s Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, the organization responsible for planning, coordinating and managing Madrid’s 2014 IGLTA Global Convention.

Becky Steckhahn-Strohmer is an entrepreneur and LGBT workplace rights advocate based in Denmark. Together with her wife, Pernille, she founded the non-profit consulting organization, Q-Factor, which works to promote equality through business. Becky is an LGBT Gen-Y professional with many years of experience in the corporate world working in both the US and Europe. In 2011, her organization published the Danish LGBT Workplace Survey Report which outlines the current experience of LGBT employees working in Denmark.

Peter Jordan specializes in communications and strategic relations at the World Tourism Organization, the UN specialised agency for tourism. Serving over 160 Member States and 400 Affiliate Members across the world, UNWTO promotes the development of sustainable, responsible and universally accessible tourism. He has worked on several international projects and events in tourism technology, travel trends, public-private cooperation and corporate social responsibility. Most recently, he has managed the composition and production of the UNWTO’s reference publications Policy and Practice for Global Tourism.
Prior to joining UNWTO, Peter worked for a British public relations firm in Valencia specializing in event management and destination promotion, and directing European tours for a leading US educational travel company. He holds a degree in European Foreign Policy, French and Spanish from the University of Wales, Cardiff.

Julian joined Barclays as a technology graduate entrant in 1995. His first placement was on shift in Barclays technology operations which provided him with a broad appreciation of Barclays breadth and importance of IT systems to its business.
Julian has spent time leading and developing a number of teams; he spent six months as a facilitator on the Big Step programme helping leaders to develop themselves and others through giving and receiving structured feedback.
Julian has developed his Barclays career in IT business change projects such as the integration and restructure of IT teams in the global technology organisation.
In 2011, Julian was selected as Co-Chair of Spectrum, the Barclays LGBT Employee Network.
Julian is currently living his ‘second youth’ having lost his long-term civil partner to illness in 2010.

Renato Del Bino, de nacionalidad italiana, lleva vinculado al Grupo Fiat veinticinco años, periodo durante el cual ha ocupado diferentes cargos de responsabilidad, destacando el de Director de Vehículos Comerciales y Flotas, el de Director de Marketing de Alfa Romeo, cargo que ocupó hasta el 2005 en que fue nombrado Director General Alfa Romeo.
En el 2.007 es nombrado Director de Marketing de la Marca Fiat, con el compromiso de relanzar su imagen en el Mercado español y desde marzo del año 2.009 y hasta la fecha, desempeña el cargo de Brand Marketing Communication Manager para todo el Grupo y dirige el Marketing de sus 6 marcas.
